The terms that apply to restaurant teams, guests, and other people using Reservo.
Using Reservo
These Terms apply to the Reservo website and software. If you open an account for a restaurant or another organization, you confirm that you can act for it. Keep your account details current, protect your credentials, and give staff only the access they need. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Reservations, orders and restaurant service
Reservo provides software for restaurants and their guests. The restaurant is responsible for its menu, prices, availability, booking and cancellation rules, order fulfillment, food safety, allergen information, and refunds for its goods and services. If you need to change an order or confirm an allergy, contact the restaurant directly. Check the restaurant’s confirmation before relying on a booking or order. Where the checkout says to pay at the venue, the restaurant collects payment.
Business accounts and customer information
Restaurants must have the rights and permissions needed to publish menus, photos and branding and to share guest information with Reservo. Use guest information only for lawful purposes and obtain any required consent before sending messages. You keep ownership of your content and give Reservo permission to host, display and process it as needed to provide and secure the service. A separate signed agreement, including any data processing agreement, controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reservo for fraud, unsolicited messaging, harassment, unlawful content, or unauthorized access. Do not upload malware, disrupt the service, or access another business’s data without permission. Keep reservation and order links private if they give access to guest information.
AI features
Some features may use AI if and when they are offered. Generated text and suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. Check results before publishing or acting on them, especially menu prices, ingredients, allergens, and messages to guests. Use only information you have permission to submit, and keep credentials, payment card details, and sensitive guest information out of AI inputs. AI output does not replace professional advice or direct confirmation from a restaurant.
Fees and third-party services
If you choose a paid plan or feature, the applicable price, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before you purchase or set out in your order agreement. Services you choose to connect, such as a sign-in or payment provider, may have their own terms. Reservo does not control the operation of those services.
Availability and account closure
We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. We will give notice where reasonable and lawful. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Export any records you need to keep before closing your account.
Warranties and limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reservo provides the service as available and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, Reservo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue or goodwill. For business customers, where the law allows, Reservo’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees the business paid Reservo for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that the law prohibits us from limiting, or take away mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Business responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, business customers will cover reasonable costs and damages from third-party claims caused by their unlawful use of Reservo, infringement by content they provide, or breach of their obligations for guest data. This applies only to the extent the claim was caused by the business customer. Reservo will give reasonable notice and cooperate in the defense.
Changes and questions
We will post updates here and provide additional notice or seek acceptance where required. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. For questions about these Terms, email [email protected].
